鞍手駅に立ち寄りました。
こちらはJR九州の筑豊本線（福北ゆたか線）の駅です。

室木線の廃止に伴い、１９８７年に筑豊本線上へこの駅が新設されました。現在では、博多駅や小倉駅までも乗り換え無しで利用が可能になっているそうです。

お忙しい中、駅長さんとも少しだけお話をさせていただけました。到着した電車から降りて来る乗客の方へ、暖かくお声をかけてらっしゃいました！

We stopped by Chikuhou-Line, Kurate Station. This station was established on the Chikuhou-Line in 1987 after Muroki-Line was discontinued. Now days, there are easy accesses to Hakata and Kokura without any transfers.

We got to speak to the Stationmaster, and he was also greeting the passengers who arrived at Kurate Station!

今日は嶋立ご夫妻のお世話になり、奥さまお手製ピザをお昼にご馳走になってから（食べるのに夢中で写真を撮り忘れました...）干し柿作りを体験させていただきました。柿採り（約８０個）から吊るしまで、全行程を教えていただきました〜♬

Today, after we were invited for Mrs. Shimatate's home made pizza for lunch, we continued to join them for making some dried persimmons. We tried all the steps (we got about 80 of them) It was so much fun〜♬

都会では忘れていた「ほぉっ」となるもの。自分よりもずっと前から在ったものに安心を感じながら、それも在るのが鞍手。どんどん好きになっています。

Things that would make us warm inside which we have forgotten in the urban life. They have been here... way way longer than us, giving us comfort. They are here in KURATE, and we are feeling more and more...

ごぼう天うどんで有名なお店「うどん屋 仁」へ行ってみました。写真で見た限り、１本が結構な大きさだったので初挑戦の今夜は、３本入りのごぼう天うどんを注文。

トッピングもお好みのセルフサービススタイルで、色々なバリエーションで食べれそうです。とにかくまずはごぼう天をひと口。見た目とは違い、柔らかくて食べやすい！生姜や一味とも一緒に、美味しくいただきました。うどんはやはり関東とは違い、もちもちとした弾力のある麺でした。

We went to "Udonya Jin" which is famous for the Gobo (Burdock root) Tempra served with Udon noodle. The size of Tempra looked pretty big on the menu, so I ordered 3 with the Udon.

The opposit to it's looks, those Tempra was so tender, and easy to bite. Adding some gingers and red peppers, it was very delicious! The Kyushuu style of Udon was different from Tokyo, and they were much softer than what we are used to.

さらに、うどん屋 仁で見つけたのが「きらくソース」鞍手町商工会青年部によって復活したという、昭和４０年代から続いていた「きらく食堂」の自家製ソースです（１本 : ¥４２０）

The another thing we found at Udonya Jin was "KIRAKU sauce" This is the original sauce from "KIRAKU restaurant" which was the local's favorite for almost 50 years! It was reproduced by Kurate's young association after 10 years since the restaurant closed.

今朝は、剣北小学校で行われた「人権問題地区懇談会」に参席させていただきました。

講演には、福岡朝鮮歌舞団の団長をされている金 妙穂さんと歌手活動をされている金 潤基さんがいらして、在日コリアンとして生活する中で経験された偏見や差別についてお話いただきました。

This morning, there were an informal social gathering of the human rights at Tsurugikita elementary school. Ms. Myo Su Kim who is a leader of "Fukuoka Chousenn Kamudann" and a singer, Mr. Yum Gi Kim to share about the prejudices and discriminations toward the Koreans in Japan which they experienced as they have grown up.

福岡朝鮮歌舞団は、日本で生まれ民族教育を受け育った在日コリアンの３世・４世により結成された、日本全国に在る７団体の朝鮮歌舞団の１つ。「人と人を繋ぐ、架け橋アーティスト」をキャッチフレーズに公演活動をされている団体です。

"Fukuoka Chousenn Kamudann" is organized by the 3rd. and 4th. generations of Koreans in Japan. They are Inheriting the traditional songs and dances of Korean Peninsula, and contributing to the friendly relations through their performances!

懇談会の後には、直方人権擁護委員協議会の方々と共に、小学生が育てたヒマワリの種を風船に乗せ、全員で飛ばしました！

After the gathering, with the help of Nougata Human Rights Protection Commotion, we launched balloons with the seeds of sunflower which the students planted this year.
